2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Promoter are ineligible.

  • Entrants must provide a valid email address for delivery of the digital product and for winner contact.

3. Purchase and Entries

  • Each purchase of a Remi’s Chop Shop Digital Poster Pack constitutes the purchase of a digital product.

  • Giveaway entries are provided as a free promotional bonus with each eligible purchase.

  • Entry tiers and their corresponding ticket values are published on the official giveaway page.

  • Entries open [2/11/2025 and close [30/11/2025] or when sold out, whichever occurs first.

  • Multiple purchases are permitted; each purchase receives the relevant number of entries.

4. Prize Details

  • Major Prize: One (1) VE SV6 Holden Commodore (as featured on Remi’s Chop Shop YouTube channel) or a cash alternative of AUD $7500 (depending on winner choice).

  • Total Prize Value: AUD $7500

  • Prize is not redeemable for any other goods or services.

  • Vehicle is supplied “as is” and must be registered and insured by the winner at their own expense prior to use.

5. Draw Method and Notification

  • The winner will be selected by random electronic draw on [30/11/2025] via RCS Headquarters Facebook Page.

  • The draw will be witnessed and recorded for audit purposes.

  • The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw.

  • If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

6. Publication of Winner

The winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence may be published on Remi’s Chop Shop social media channels and website after confirmation.

7. Delivery of Prize

  • The vehicle handover will occur within 30 days of winner confirmation.

  • The winner is responsible for transport and registration costs if they reside outside Victoria.

  • Cash prize (option chosen by winner) will be transferred via bank deposit within 7 days of winner confirmation.

8. Privacy

All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

9. General Conditions

  • By purchasing, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant for fraudulent or misleading conduct.

  • If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram or any other platform.

  • All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding.
